Brasil no EBMT 2022


Com participação em workshops, sessões on-demand, apresentações orais e e-pôsteres, brasileiros têm representação expressiva no 48º Encontro Anual do European Bone Marrow Transplantation (EBMT 2022).

Virtual, o evento aconteceu de 19 a 23 de março. Nosso país foi representado tanto por meio da apresentação de trabalhos submetidos e aceitos nas modalidades oral e e-pôster, quanto na programação educacional e científica.

Merecem destaque as participações de:

Carmem Bonfim, no “Workshop – How to perform alternative donor transplant in non-malignant disease”, como speaker,apresentando a aula Haploidentical HSCT in constitutional SAA. A brasileira dividiu a sessão com nomes como Markéta Bloomfield, Bénédicte Neven, Mary Slatter e Rob Wynnl

Adriana Seber – que apresentou a aula “Adapting inpatient and outpatient clinical care: comparing experiences from transplant centres worldwide”, durante a “Joint session EBMT-WBMT: Maintaining safe access to stem cell transplantation during the pandemic”;

Nelson Hamerschlak – que apresentou a “Latin America Perspective” na “Joint session EBMT – ASTCT – CIBMTR – APBMT – LABMT: Access to novel cell therapies such as CAR T Cells: challenges and strategies”

Rafaella Muratori – que participou do “Trainees Day – EBMT for Trainees”, integrando a “Roundtable: Career development in SCT/cellular Therapy”.

Renata Cristina de Campos Pereira Silveira – que integrou a sessão de enfermagem “[Nurses group] Research session 2: Keep Calm and Keep Researching – Examples of diferente methodologies in HSCT nursing research”, apresentando a aula “Dressings for the central venous catheter to prevent infection in – patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation: a systematic review and meta-analysis”
